Target Audience: This course is targeted for personnel associate with the on-scene inci-dent command, EOCs, and other Multiagency Coordination System (MACS) Entities.
Overview: This course is designed for person-nel associated with On-Scene Incident Com-mand, EOCs and Multiagency Coordination (MAC) System entities. The goal of the course is to provide state and local emergency man-agement officials with the knowledge and skills they need to operate an Emergency Op-erating Center (EOC) and interface it with an Incident Command System (ICS) field opera-tion. It enables the participants to begin de-veloping an ICS/EOC interface for their com-mu-nity by applying Incident Command Sys-tem (ICS) principles. The course reviews ICS and EOC responsibilities and functions and depends heavily on exercise and group discus-sions to formulate the interface.
Prerequisites: IS0100.b, IS0200.b, IS0700.a, IS0800.b
