NEBRASKA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY - AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990
The Nebraska Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Task Force coordinates Statewide implementation of disability rights laws to ensure people with disabilities have access to facilities, programs, and services within State Government. Their mission is to coordinate the efforts of State agencies, boards, and commissions to comply with Title II of ADA. Reasonable accommodations or modifications is available upon request, for Nebraskans to participate in State programs, services, or activities. However, should it be found that such accommodation or modification were not made available, you are to contact the Nebraska ADA Coordinator as soon as possible and prior to 60 days after the alleged violation.
