The Nebraska Association of Emergency Management Conference was held April 6-8 in Grand Island. Following a welcome by Mayor Roger Steele, FEMA Region VII Administrator Andrea Spillars and NEMA Assistant Director held a discussion with local emergency to start off the conference.
