Rwandan Ambassador Visits NEMA

Mathilde Mukantaban, the ambassador of Rwanda to the U.S., visited Nebraska Emergency Management Agency as part of her visit to the Joint Force Headquarters and Nebraska Military Department on Feb. 18. She met with NEMA Director Daryl Bohac, who is also the Adjutant General of the Nebraska National Guard, and with NEMA Assistant Director Erv Portis. Mukantaban discussed planning for emergencies and disasters with NEMA staff.
