Every year, the lives of thousands of Nebraska citizens are touched by the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) as it fulfills its mission to reduce vulnerabilities, lead state responses to disasters, support local governments and coordinate recovery assistance from federal partners. The annual reports below are a record of NEMA’s performance in the administration and execution of its duties. These reports are not just about NEMA. They are also about other state agencies and local jurisdictions who partner with NEMA to carry out an effective emergency management program in support of the citizens of Nebraska.
