The Nebraska Public Safety Communications Council (NPSCC) was created by an Executive Order signed by the Governor in October 2012. The NPSCC is made up of local and state public safety and communications professionals chaired by the Lt. Governor, Mike Foley. The Council provides policy-level direction and leadership for public safety and interoperable communications in the State of Nebraska. Membership is made up of 8 local PET Regional representatives and 8 State Agency Representatives. This site displays the NPSCC meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
